Situated in the heart of Brittany near the old market town of Rostrenen, there are many places to visit, in fact places too numerous to list here.
Big attractions for guests staying in our B&B are of course the Nantes to Brest canal which has many cyclists and kayak enthusiasts. The lake Guerledan is only a few minutes away and offers delightful walks around the water as well as trips on the water and pedalo hire etc.
The town of Carhaix is situated just under 20km away and is the scene of one of Frances biggest music festivals in July every year. With bands attending like 'The Rolling Stones', 'ZZ Top', 'Bryan Ferry' it realy is a treat to have on the doorstep! Our garden has become a bit of a local tourist attraction in its own right! We often have people passing that stop and out of curiousity ask if they can look around. Our garden is for the French a typical 'English Garden' and they are staggered by the quality of our lawn, which we meticulously care for with a specially imported lawn mower.
